Bag Machine

The servomotor replaces a Clutch and Brake system. The program in the control has two sections; one for bags with a fixed length and one section for bags with a printed label. The length of the bags can be set via the TM2500 terminal. This setting is done with a 0.1-mm resolution.

The machine can make about 150 bags per minute maximum, fixed length mode with a bag length of 160 mm. With the color sensor were the label is scanned, the maximum is about 90 bags per minute.
